  • Blue Jay, 39216 #10, painted in acrylic on a Black Walnut wood slice. The slice came from a tree that had to come down on my parents' place, and I took the original photograph looking out their dining room window. This is the tenth painting from that photo. I haven't counted the sketches and drawings.
